Chocolate Angel Café Closes Plano Site, Continues Service in Richardson

Chocolate Angel Café & Tea Room has closed its Plano location inside High Street Antique Mall, ending operations there as the business refocuses its structure.

The brand remains active in Richardson. All services have been consolidated into its Campbell Road Village location, where the café continues to operate under the Chocolate Angel name.

The transition also includes a change in ownership involvement, with Selvin Flores no longer associated with the restaurant.

The Richardson location remains open and fully operational, serving customers without interruption and maintaining the same tea room experience.
