Chocolate Angel Café Ends Plano Operations, Strengthens Richardson Presence

Chocolate Angel Café & Tea Room has closed its Plano location inside High Street Antique Mall, closing out that chapter as the business refines its operations.

The brand is now fully concentrated in Richardson. All services have been consolidated into its Campbell Road Village location, where the café continues under the Chocolate Angel name.

The transition also includes a change in ownership involvement, with Selvin Flores no longer connected to the restaurant.

The Richardson location remains open and fully active, continuing to serve customers without interruption and maintaining the same tea room experience.

This move reflects a more focused direction. By operating from a single location, the team is aiming to improve consistency while planning updates and improvements throughout the year.

Chocolate Angel Café & Tea Room continues forward from Richardson, maintaining its identity while tightening its operations.
