Chocolate Angel Café & Tea Room has closed its Plano location inside High Street Antique Mall, stepping away from that space as the business restructures its operations.

The brand is now fully based in Richardson. All services have been consolidated into its Campbell Road Village location, where the café continues to operate under the same Chocolate Angel name.

The transition also includes a change in ownership involvement, with Selvin Flores no longer connected to the restaurant.

The Richardson location remains open and fully operational, serving customers without interruption and maintaining the tea room experience it’s known for.

This move reflects a shift toward a more streamlined model. By focusing on one location, the team is aiming to strengthen consistency while preparing for updates and improvements throughout the year.
