Chocolate Angel Café & Tea Room has closed its Plano location at High Street Antique Mall, ending its run there as the business shifts its structure.

The focus is now singular. All operations have moved to Richardson, where the café continues serving customers under the same Chocolate Angel name.

The change also marks a break in ownership ties, with Selvin Flores no longer part of the business.

The Richardson location remains open without interruption, carrying forward the same menu and tea room experience that built its customer base.

This isn’t a shutdown. It’s a consolidation move designed to simplify operations and strengthen consistency from one location.

Chocolate Angel Café & Tea Room moves ahead from Richardson, with plans to evolve the experience while staying rooted in its core identity.
